ALTERNATE NOSTRIL BREATH

  • Sit in a comfortable position such as easy pose or lotus.

  • Using your right hand, place your middle finger on your third eye, your ring and baby finger on your left nostril & your thumb on the other nostril. 

  • Take a deep breath in and an equal exhale out

  • Plug your right nostril and inhale for a count of 3-5

  • Hold

  • Switch the plugged nostril to the opposite side 

  • Exhale

  • Inhale

  • Switch the plugged nostrils again

  • Exhale 

  • Inhale

  • Repeat for at least 4 more rounds
